New product group: Adapters (ADP)
With the new adapter product group (ADP), TZ Electronic Systems is expanding its portfolio to include flexible PCB solutions for converting between a wide variety of connectors and cable technologies.
The adapters are designed for various link technologies such as GMSL or FPD-Link and enable reliable adaptation to a wide range of system requirements. They are available both as compact individual solutions and as rack-mountable modules and can be integrated directly into 19″ systems.
The first available adapters enable the conversion of LVDS signals transmitted via a cable with an H-MTD connector into a single-ended signal output via a coaxial cable with an HFM connector.
- ADP0010 enables the adaptation of a single channel.
- ADP0020 features six independent channels.
- ADP0030 is a rack-mountable variant with a total of 18 channels for direct installation in 19″ systems.
During development and production, particular attention is paid to high signal integrity. A carefully designed circuit board minimizes influences such as attenuation, reflections and impedance jumps to a minimum – even at high data rates.
In addition, TZ manufactures customized adapter solutions according to individual customer requirements. Further adapter solutions will follow shortly.
