TZ has added a new variant to the VC.DESERIALIZER Ultimate product group. With the new VC2706, GMSL3 video signals can be converted to Displayport. The video converter also enables daisy-chaining to transmit the GMSL3 signal to other devices.
With this video converter, video signals that are normally intended for vehicle displays can be shown on a conventional screen. By using additional Displayport frame grabbers, the signals can be recorded, enabling detailed analysis of the image data.
In line with our ULTIMATE concept, the video converter can emulate a vehicle display. It can emulate sensor data and, for example, inject touch data into an ECU or head unit. This enables the remote operation of ECUs/head units. Optional software extensions are available for these extensions.
