Fault Injection System (FIS)
Automated testing of high-speed video link components for their behavior in the event of errors
In order to test vehicle components in accordance with OEM specifications or valid standards such as LV 124, LV148, ISO 16750 and ISO 7637, solutions are required to reverse the polarity of the signal lines of the devices under test (DUT) during operation, to briefly interrupt them and to short-circuit them to each other.
Especially for the automotive video link routes, TZ offers a remote controllable solution to automatically introduce these errors on coaxial signals.
With our “Fault Injection System” product group, we offer the following functions:
- Closed signal line (no error state)
- Open signal line (interruption)
- Short circuit to GND
- Short circuit according to VBAT
- Short circuit after shield
